With open ears and an easy smile, Carroll loves helping others. She is upbeat and organized, two qualities that put clients at ease as she supports their onboarding and ongoing needs. Responsible for client services, she strives to build lasting connections and create a positive, responsive experience.
Carroll has worked in the financial industry for over a decade. Before Counterweight, she was a client associate at RBC Wealth Management, where she received the Award of Excellence for 2020. Earlier she was a guest services assistant/administrative assistant at Hobbs Realty and a financial services associate at First South Bank.
Carroll received a BS in family and community services with a minor in speech and hearing from East Carolina University.
Formerly from Reidsville, NC, Carroll now lives in Wilmington, NC, where she feels lucky to be close to the beach. She enjoys traveling, working out, and being with friends and family.
